A whimsical painting of an imaginary fantasy. Could there be three? I had fun doing this monotype, loose with bright Me and my Buddy, Monotype on Paper, 8” X 8” (image size), 15 1/2" X 15 1/2" matted and framed in contemporary black frame. $175 USD
accent reds. When I do monotypes, I feel so free to just let the images be as they will. The same thing happens with oil paintings but because of the monotype process itself, there is less opportunity to change images once they are printed unless, of course, one adds oil paints or other surface design to the image.
