I always feel in a rush, to rush to do this or that, a rush to get somewhere or just a rush to write on this blog. I feel this to be normalcy of life in the age of new and ever newer technology. Somewhere deep in my psyche the rush took over only to appear in a monotype. As with other pieces of my art, I most often do not know where or how the piece will end. The painting or monotype energy takes over with emergence of something I never expected.
